Western Kentucky Genealogy Blog: Tombstone Symbols of Fraternal Organizations

This is a blog I follow regularly and had a very interesting article on Woodmen of the World and their organization. My grandfather was a member and sold insurance and had belt that had a ceremonial axe on it in the lodge. One of my forestry friends Don Lam from the Mayfield Post is lying in Deaconess hospital recovering from injuries in the line of duty when a burning log ran over him. Keep inspectors and forestry rangers in your prayers tonight. Western Kentucky Genealogy Blog: Tombstone Symbols of Fraternal Organizations
