Sunlight Qigong done by Master Nianzuli in a very relaxing, spring sunshine routine to promote health and well being. It is of interest that all great chi kung (alternate spelling) artists and masters seem to incorporate breathing into the movement and time the movement by the breathing. It does not help to force the move since you would not be as relaxed as possible. Tai Chi is full of movements that are spirals and circles and rounded joints without harsh turn with the goal that the real winner is the one most relaxed and smooth. Note how relaxed and how even the hands are not tense in all movements he makes. My teacher at Madisonville Community College teaches you to have better range of motion and better relaxation.
